A Classic Geraldo Rivera Note

Geraldo Rivera came on The Howard Stern Show to promote his brand new show on CNBC.

I wrote the note that's below, and Howard read it...he said, "Your own show on CNBC? Wouldn't a lemonade stand be more profitable?"

After he left the studio, our intern Steve Grillo asked Geraldo to sign it for me.

Grillo and I eventually got our asses reamed for torturing our poor guests, for putting them on the spot like that after they were kind enough to appear on our show.

That's after they had shown up, had a video camera rammed down their throat, and then been grilled by Howard about everything they'd prefer to never ever talk about...me asking them to sign their name and maybe write something fun was an unmerciful way to treat our company.

Every second on the show was the greatest, I loved it.
